[觀察] She has a fantastic idea that her dead brother is alive.

[探究] fantastic指憑空想象出來(lái)的，使人感到奇怪而不能相信，強(qiáng)調(diào)妄想、失去理智；在口語(yǔ)中也可譯為“極大的，異乎尋常的，極好的，極出色的，了不起的”。
2 as…as 和……一樣……
[觀察] She is as tall as me. 她和我一樣高。
She doesn't draw as well as her brother.

[探究] as…as 意為“和……一樣……”，表示比較，兩個(gè)as之間用________詞或________詞的________級(jí)。其否定形式為not as…as或not so…as，意為“不如……，不像……”，表示前者不如后者。

這篇文章太長(zhǎng)，你得把它縮減一下。

[探究] cut down為動(dòng)副結(jié)構(gòu)短語(yǔ)，________詞作其賓語(yǔ)時(shí)，必須放在cut 和down之間；________詞作其賓語(yǔ)時(shí)，放在down的前后均可。
句型透視

[探究] (1)have been drawing為現(xiàn)在完成進(jìn)行時(shí)，結(jié)構(gòu)為“have/has been doing”，表示一段時(shí)間以來(lái)一直從事的動(dòng)作，強(qiáng)調(diào)連續(xù)不斷，并有可能還會(huì)繼續(xù)下去。

(2)draw one's attention意為“________________”。若表達(dá)“吸引某人的注意力到……”，用draw one's attention to，其中to是介詞，后面接名詞、代詞或動(dòng)名詞形式。
