[觀察1] This is Miss Zhou. 這是周老師。
[探究]
當(dāng)把一個(gè)人介紹給另一個(gè)人時(shí)，常用“This is…”句型，不用“He is…”或“She is…”。this常指代距離較近的人或物，與其相對(duì)的詞是that。它們可單獨(dú)使用，也可用來(lái)修飾名詞。介紹距離較遠(yuǎn)的人或物時(shí)用“That is…”。this is不能縮寫(xiě)為this's，that is可縮寫(xiě)為that's。

“It's time to do sth.”意為“該做某事了，到做某事的時(shí)間了”，可與句型“It's time for sth.”相互轉(zhuǎn)換。
