第一部分內(nèi)容：技法指導(dǎo)
英文海報(bào)通常含有通知性，所以主題應(yīng)該明確，一目了然。它還包含廣告的某些特點(diǎn)，要求內(nèi)容簡明扼要，形式新穎美觀。
1．明確海報(bào)的類型
明確你要寫的海報(bào)是活動(dòng)宣傳、招聘廣告還是人物介紹。
2．把握海報(bào)的語言特點(diǎn)
海報(bào)要求用最少的文字包含最多的信息，以達(dá)到醒目的效果，因此海報(bào)多用省略句、縮略語、短語表達(dá)。
3．突出海報(bào)的重要信息
為進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)海報(bào)的醒目性，一些重要信息常常被分行突出，并且在其前面用粗點(diǎn)、星號(hào)等特殊符號(hào)加以強(qiáng)調(diào)，有時(shí)還配有圖片以增加吸引力。
[亮點(diǎn)句式]
(1)開頭語：第一句話用來交代活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容和時(shí)間
①Professor Wang will deliver a speech on how to learn English this weekend.
王教授這個(gè)周末將作如何學(xué)好英語的報(bào)告。
②There is a piece of news that we'll hold an English speech contest on July 16th.
有消息說我們將于七月十六日舉行一次英語演講比賽。
③Our school is holding an English party at seven in the concert hall this evening.
我們學(xué)校將于今晚七點(diǎn)在校音樂廳舉行英語晚會(huì)。
(2)正文：交代活動(dòng)的地點(diǎn)及其他相關(guān)內(nèi)容
①The match will be wonderful.
比賽會(huì)非常精彩。
②You can buy tickets online, and the price is 2 yuan for each.
可以網(wǎng)上訂票，每人兩元。

第一步：明確要求
該寫作屬于應(yīng)用文海報(bào)寫作，有提示將舉辦英語演講比賽，故用一般將來時(shí)和一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)為主；人稱為第一人稱。
第二步： 確定段落
第一層介紹將要舉行英語演講比賽及舉行的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)。
第二層介紹可參賽的人員，比賽報(bào)名的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)。
第三層介紹比賽的頒獎(jiǎng)人及獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)情況。

Englishspeaking Contest
In order to improve our spoken English, we are going to have an Englishspeaking contest for all the students of our school. It will be held from 7：00 p．m. to 9：00 p．m. on Oct. 9 in our school meeting hall. The students who want to take part in the contest should come to sign up at the office of the Students' Union before Sept. 30. All the students are welcome to attend it. At the appointed time, Mr Smith who works in our school will be invited to attend the contest, and the first eight winners will be awarded by Mr Smith.
