二、新知突破——重難細(xì)點(diǎn)撥

1.Summer sees the mountains turn bright green with growing rice.

隨著水稻的種植,群山在夏季變成明亮的綠色。 

(1)see意為“見(jiàn)證,目睹,經(jīng)歷”時(shí),常以表示時(shí)代、年代、世紀(jì)或地點(diǎn)的名詞作主語(yǔ),表示某時(shí)或某地“目睹、發(fā)生、經(jīng)歷”了某事。

(2)與see用法相同的動(dòng)詞有find, witness, say, experience等,這些詞在句中作謂語(yǔ),用物作主語(yǔ)時(shí),表示一種擬人的手法,以增添語(yǔ)言色彩,使表達(dá)更形象。

①The stone bridge saw many changes of this city.

這座石橋見(jiàn)證了這個(gè)城市的諸多變化。

②The past 30 years has seen the great changes that have taken place in my hometown.

過(guò)去30年我的家鄉(xiāng)發(fā)生了很大變化。

③The dusk found a little girl crying in the street.

黃昏時(shí),一個(gè)小女孩在街上哭。

2.Reaching as far as the eye can see, these terraces cover tall mountains, often from the bottom to the very top.

放眼望去,這些梯田從山底到山頂覆蓋著高高的山脈。 

★(1)as far as“遠(yuǎn)至……,直到……,像……那樣遠(yuǎn)”,后跟名詞或從句,在否定句中也用so far as。

①He walked as far as the railway station yesterday evening.

昨天傍晚,他一直散步到火車(chē)站。

②The ocean stretched as far as they could see on all sides.

海洋十分遼闊,他們極目遠(yuǎn)眺無(wú)邊無(wú)涯。

(2)as far as“就……而言”,引導(dǎo)狀語(yǔ)從句,從句中動(dòng)詞常用know, see, concern等,相當(dāng)于so far as。

1.第一段第二句中使用了“see”一詞,用擬人的手法生動(dòng)形象地描寫(xiě)了夏日景色。
