Language points
1. What do you want to be when you grow up?
長大以后你想做什么？
when此處用作連詞，意為“當……時”，用來引導時間狀語從句。在when引導的時間狀語從句中，主語是一般將來時，從句要用一般現(xiàn)在時表示將來。
grow up意為“成長，長大”，grow的過去式是grew。
want to be“想要成為……” ，其后接職業(yè)名稱。
2. How are you going to do that?
I’m going to practice basketball every day.
我打算每天練習（打）籃球。
(1)這是一個be going to用于特殊疑問句的句子,
be going to用于疑問句中將be放在主語前。
be going to表示將要發(fā)生的動作,含有“計劃, 打算”的意思, 后跟動詞原形。常跟表將來的時態(tài)連用。
(2)practice 作動詞，表示“（不間斷地）練習”，后可用名詞作賓語，若跟動詞時需用動名詞形式。
► He always want to practice his English with me.
他總想和我練習英語。
(3) everyday 意為“每天”，表示頻率，在句中作狀語，通常位于句末。
