過去進行時與一般過去時的區(qū)別
一般過去時與過去進行時的動作都是發(fā)生在過去。一般過去時強調(diào)動作的發(fā)生或狀態(tài)的存在在過去；而過去進行時強調(diào)動作正在進行的延續(xù)性，其結構: was / were +v.-ing

I got up at five the day before yesterday.
前天我是五點起床的。
He was painting the lab the whole day.
他一整天都在粉刷實驗室。
一般過去時的時間狀語主要有：
yesterday (morning, afternoon, evening), last night (week, month, year), ago, the day before yesterday, in 2003, just now, long, long ago等
